Facilities & Maintenance

The Facilities and Maintenance Department at Iowa Lakes Community College comprises a diverse group of employees at each of our five locations in Algona, Emmetsburg, Estherville, Spencer, and Spirit Lake.  

The Facilities and Maintenance Department is responsible for the daily operations of the Iowa Lakes campuses and facilities related to carpentry, custodial, doors and locks, electrical, gardening, grounds, mechanical systems, plumbing, short and long-range planning, and more.
