Beginning Monday, August 31, students must have faculty permission to add a face-to-face class. Also starting Monday, August 31, students must contact the Records office to add/drop all courses. Changes in Self-Service Student Portal are no longer available
Please note that all deadlines end at 11:59 pm on the stated date.
Courses dropped after the full refund period will be assigned a “W” withdrawal grade on the official transcript.
Refund Policy
Full Term/16-Week Course - First 10 class days of semester student will receive a 100% refund. After Day 10, there will be no refund.
8-Week Course - First 5 class days of the 8-Week term student will receive a 100% refund. After Day 5, there will be no refund.
Less than 8-Week Course - First day of class, student will receive 100% refund. After the first day, there will be no refund.
This calendar is subject to change. Courses with different start and end dates than those listed above have different Add/Drop/Refund Dates. Please contact the Records Office for those deadlines. A student who registers but later is unable to attend must notify the college before the last day to drop with refund to avoid charges and/or grades.
CENSUS DATE: Students who receive financial aid must lock in their status as either full or part-time on September 9, 2026.
