Technology Help Desk

The Technology Help Desk provides the first point of contact for IT assistance to the students, faculty, and staff of Iowa Lakes Community College. The Help Desk answers communications received via telephone, Help Desk Tickets, and email while guiding members of the Iowa Lakes community through troubleshooting processes. The Help Desk assists with account activation, password problems, and maintenance.
