That’s why we are proud to offer a range of free mental health and wellness services for all Iowa Lakes students. These resources are designed to support you through stressful times and help you succeed both academically and personally.

Free Mental Health Services

Synergy Therapy
Receive up to six FREE one-on-one counseling sessions via video sessions with licensed professionals.

Mental Health Assessments
Take advantage of tools to better understand your mental health. These assessments can help identify challenges and guide you to the right support.

Seasons Center for Behavioral Health 
Receive up to six FREE one-on-one counseling sessions via in-person appointment. Students on the Emmetsburg, Estherville, or Spencer campus are able to make an appointment with Seasons Center for Behavioral Health by contacting their educational counselor.

Synergy e-Therapy

Licensed, Professional. Experienced Therapists.

Synergy eTherapy is a FREE teletherapy resource available to students currently enrolled at Iowa Lakes to help improve overall mental health and well-being.

Students receive traditional mental health counseling that is convenient to them. No more taking time off of work or school, with night and weekend appointments available. Students will experience an easy to use website and online scheduling.
