Do you need help planning your academic future, or are you looking for tutoring and other academic support? The Success Center at Iowa Lakes Community College is designed to provide students with the tools and guidance needed to reach their full academic potential.
Each campus offers a wide range of services to support every step of your college journey. If you are transitioning into college life, we can help you adjust smoothly, making sure you have the resources and confidence to succeed.
Tutoring is one of the most popular services offered through the Success Center. Students can receive one-on-one or group tutoring in a variety of subjects, helping them strengthen skills, prepare for exams, and build the study habits that lead to long-term success. Beyond academics, we also provides workshops, access to technology, and personalized support to meet individual student needs.
With locations on every Iowa Lakes campus, help is always close by. Best of all, most services offered through the Success Centers are completely free to Iowa Lakes students.

Gain 24/7 digital access to hundreds of student success resources through Woodburn Press. Instructors, staff, and students can view, download, print, or share these resources. The topics include test anxiety, how to take good notes, coping with change, conflict resolution, depression, money management, writing papers, staying motivated, job search skills, healthy living, and MORE.
