Study of what law applies to the Employment setting. Introduction to Employment Discrimination, Whistleblower Protection, Wage and Hours laws, Sexual Harassment, Worker’s Compensation, Employer Tort Liability, Unemployment Insurance, and liability is­sues arising under OSHA, ERISA and other Federal Statutes.
