FIN 130 – Principles of Finance

An examination of the tools and techniques used in financial decision-making and planning, analysis and evaluation, and capital and asset management. Principles of Finance introduces students to concepts such as cash flow, financial forecasting, asset valuation, bond and stock valuation, the cost of capital, capital budgeting, time value of money, risk analysis, return on investment as applied to business situations.
