MSE 152 – Drive System Fundamentals

Introduction to the various types of drives which may be encoun­tered. Construction, operation, maintenance and repair of outdoor power and other systems including transmissions; clutches; belt drives; sprockets and chain drives; and hydrostatic drives. Assem­bly, disassembly, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of these systems is covered. Lecture and laboratory.
