Meet the Aviation Alumni: Logan Abrahamson

Logan Abrahamson graduated from Iowa Lakes in 2020 and is now a First Officer with Southwest Airlines.

Logan says the Iowa Lakes Aviation & Airport Management program stands out because of its supportive, student-first culture. From dedicated instructors and chief pilots to FAA Part 141 training, the program provides high-quality, cost-effective education that prepares students for successful aviation careers.

One of Logan’s favorite memories was the camaraderie among classmates, spending time together at the airport, and sending his first student on their first solo flight.
