PRESS RELEASE: IOWA LAKES MUSIC DEPARTMENT TO PRESENT SPRING RECITAL APRIL 23

(Estherville, Iowa) – The Iowa Lakes Community College Music Department will welcome the season with the annual Spring Recital on Thursday, April 23, at 2:00 p.m. in the Janice K. Lund Performing Arts Center on the Estherville Campus.

The recital will feature performances by soloists and small ensembles who participate in private vocal and instrumental lessons offered at Iowa Lakes. The program highlights the range and dedication of Iowa Lakes’ student musicians, giving them the opportunity to share their growth and artistry with the community.

“The Spring Recital is a highlight of our year,” said Lincoln Larsen, Director of Music and Performing Arts at Iowa Lakes Community College. “It’s a chance for our students to showcase the skills they have developed throughout the semester and for the community to enjoy an afternoon of inspiring music.”

The event is free of charge and open to the public.
