PRESS RELEASE: IOWA LAKES MUSIC DEPARTMENT HOSTS WINTER RECITAL

(Estherville, Iowa) The Iowa Lakes Community College Music Department will showcase the talents of its student musicians at the annual Winter Recital on Tuesday, December 9th, at 2:00 p.m. in the Janice K. Lund Performing Arts Center on the Estherville Campus.

The recital will feature a variety of performances from soloists and small ensembles who are enrolled in private vocal and instrumental lessons at Iowa Lakes. From classical selections to contemporary works, the Winter Recital provides an opportunity for students to demonstrate their musical growth and share their artistry with the community.

“We are proud of the dedication our students put into their lessons and performances,” said Lincoln Larsen, Director of Music and Performing Arts at Iowa Lakes Community College. “The Winter Recital is a wonderful way to celebrate their hard work and give the public a chance to experience the talent we have here at Iowa Lakes.”

The event is free of charge and open to the public.
