Tickets on sale for Iowa Lakes spring musical, ‘The 1940’s Radio Hour’
“The 1940’s Radio Hour” will be presented March 22, 23 and 24 at 7:30 p.m. each evening in the Estherville campus gym.
The play, which chronicles the final broadcast of a radio show on Dec. 21, 1942 as World War II rages overseas, includes drama, humor and many of the musical hits of the era. It also includes more than 40 actors and actresses, including college students, adults, and high school students from northwest Iowa and Minnesota.
Attending one of the three shows is a great way to enjoy a quality production while supporting local college and community actors. But act soon; tickets to the performances are expected to go fast.
Tickets for reserved seats are now on sale by calling (712) 362-8345 or emailing Tim Soper at tsoper@iowalakes.educreate new email. Messages may be left any time, but must include a name and phone number.
