River Valley Telecommunications Coop Scholarship Awarded

In 2000, River Valley Telecommunications Cooperative of Graettinger and Ruthven, established the River Valley Telecommunications Cooperative Scholarship at Iowa Lakes Community College. Requirements include graduating senior planning to enroll full-time at Iowa Lakes; have a Graettinger, Ruthven, or Wallingford telephone exchange prefix of 859, 837 or 867; and minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. Awards are $800 and must be used for tuition, books or fees.

The 2017-18 recipients are Keeven Long of Ruthven, and Jordan Thompson of Graettinger.
