Marty Groth Memorial Scholarship Awarded

(Estherville, Iowa) Friends and classmates of Marty Groth, Estherville Class of 1972, established this memorial scholarship to honor Marty who had a creative talent and a strong passion for art. He demonstrated this talent in many different forms while in high school and during his two years at Iowa Lakes Community College. This memorial scholarship was established in 2013 and is awarded annually to an inspiring student enrolling full-time in Art/Graphic Design. Requirements include a minimum 3.25 GPA. The scholarship award is for tuition, books, supplies, and/or fees.

The 2019-2020 recipient is Savannah Wilson of Estherville.
