Last Dollar Scholarship Program To Provide Funding For High-Employment Demand Programs At Iowa Lakes Starting Fall 2019
Students enrolled at Iowa Lakes Community College in high-employment demand programs qualify for additional state funding through the Future Ready Iowa, Last Dollar Scholarship program.

Pelzer also notes, “This is not a need-based scholarship, so all are encourage to complete the FAFSA that are enrolled in one of our eligible programs.”
The following programs offered at Iowa Lakes Community College qualify for the Last Dollar Scholarship: Agriculture Production Technology, Aviation & Airport Management, Business Administration & Management, Computer Programming, Construction Technology, Digital, Social, & Broadcast Productions, Electrical Technology, Environmental Studies, Farm Equipment & Diesel Technology, Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Nursing PN & RN, Surgical Technology, Veterinary Technician, Web Development & Design, Welding, and Wind Energy & Turbine Technology.
