Iowa Lakes Community College students exhibit projects at Pearson Lakes Art Center
Art exhibits created by Iowa Lakes Community College students are on display at the Pearson Lakes Art Center, Okoboji, through April 21.
“Students in our art-related classes have a tremendous amount of creativity and this is an outstanding opportunity for them,” said Dave Petrick, Photography Instructor at Iowa Lakes.
Mark Rosenberg, Assistant Professor of Graphic Design, agreed.
“This is a perfect opportunity for Graphic Design students along with Digital Photography and Art students to have their work showcased in the beautiful Pearson Lakes Arts Center,” Rosenberg added.
On display are photographs and graphic design artwork.
Iowa Lakes has a diploma and Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in its Graphic Design program; a Photography diploma program; and offers a number of general education courses in art and photography.
The public is encouraged to visit the Pearson Lakes Art Center through April 21 for the Wikert Gallery Event and to experience the creativity of the Iowa Lakes students.
