Iowa Lakes Community College Invites The Community To Celebrate The New Cosmetology Program And Laker Salon

Students starting their first day in the Cosmetology program.

(Emmetsburg) Iowa Lakes Community College will be hosting a Cosmetology Program Open House featuring tours and an Emmetsburg Chamber of Commerce coffee hour on Friday, June 25.

Iowa Lakes faculty, staff, and students will be on hand to answer questions and provide tours for the community starting at 9:00 a.m., with the Chamber Coffee starting at 9:30 a.m.

“We are excited to welcome our community and the Emmetsburg Chamber to the Laker Salon on College Drive.  It is a privilege to share with our beautiful top-of-the-line facility,” shared Laurie Pearson, Iowa Lakes Cosmetology Instructor and Coordinator.

The Laker Salon on College Drive is located at 3200 College Drive in Emmetsburg. Please use entrance #2 on the north side of campus. This event is open to the public and is free of charge.
