Express Registration Dates For Iowa Lakes Announced

(Estherville, Iowa) Iowa Lakes announces Express Registration dates to help individuals gain admission and register for classes quickly and easily. Express registration will occur on January 6 from 8 am to 5 pm and on January 7 from 8 am to 4:30 pm in Emmetsburg, Estherville and Spencer.

Express Registration will allow participating individuals to fast track through admissions, registrations,  and placement testing to start school in one of over 100 areas of study on the first day of the Spring term on January 8, 2020.

During Express Registration, potential students will be able to complete the entire admissions and registration process, including class registration, placement testing, housing information and financial aid assistance. One-on-one assistance to help with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASA), information on scholarships, work-study and student loans will also be available.

Students should bring their diploma, ABE/HiSET/GED certificate, ACT scores and college transcripts to the admissions office when they arrive on campus, if they have them available.

General registration for the Spring term is already open during the college’s normal hours, which resumes on January 2, 2020, between the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. Regular hours on Friday are 7:30 am to 4 pm. Anyone interested in registering ahead in Algona and Spirit Lake may wish to call in advance for a faster response.
