Community invited for free ice cream at Iowa Lakes spring Coffee House

May Day is the theme for the Iowa Lakes Community College Music Department Spring Coffee House at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 1.

Free ice cream will be served for everyone in the Max Student Center on the Estherville campus. Lemonade and coffee are also provided in appreciation for the overwhelming support for the music department this past year.

Graduating music students will be recognized.  The Iowa Lakes jazz band, handbell ensemble, jazz singers, women’s ensemble, men’s ensemble and concert choir will be featured. Directors are Carol Ayres Stueven, instrumental music, and Brett Fuelberth, vocal music. Community members will also perform.

Everyone is invited to join in for a relaxing evening of live music and food. Admission is free. Special thanks to the Estherville Student Senate for helping sponsor this event.
