At the Spencer Campus, students can experience modern apartment-style living in our Lakehouse Port and Lakehouse Starboard units. These four-plex apartments provide a comfortable, spacious, and convenient home base for your academic journey.

HOUSING OPTIONS

Features of Lakehouse Port and Lakehouse Starboard

Both Lakehouse Port and Lakehouse Starboard are designed to offer students a unique living experience that feels like home.

  • Comfortable Living Spaces: Each unit has essential amenities, including a shared living room, kitchen, and private or shared bedrooms.
  • Convenient Location: Located near the Spencer Campus, students have quick access to classes, resources, and campus events.
Lakehouse Port and Lakehouse Starboard

Five students share each unit. These 900 square foot, two bedroom units include a living room, furnished kitchen, bathroom and vanity area. Amenities include:

  • Air Conditioning
  • High Speed Internet
  • Basic Cable Hookup
  • Phone/Personalized Voice Mail
  • Full Size Refrigerator/Freezer
  • Single Bed
  • Dressers

Students may bring a microwave (1000 watts or less), television, computers and other personal items as they desire.

Contracts coincide with our college calendar from 1st day of Fall Term until final day of Spring Term. Summer housing and housing over breaks is available and is charged on a per-diem basis.

Housing Costs & Meal Plan 2026-27

Housing and food service is $7,260 for the 2026-27 Academic Year, which includes living in the dorms and the 10 meal plan which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday-Friday. Additionally, we have a 15 meal plan available for $7,880 for the Academic Year.

These prices do not include the summer term.

Prices above are for August to December and January to May.

How do you live on campus?

Contact the Student Housing office and request a housing application or apply online. Return completed applications to the college, and in the spring you will be contacted and sent a housing contract. Contracts must be returned with a $100 deposit. All unit and roommate requests will be considered with returning students receiving first priority.
