Have a roommate preference for 2026-27? Do this on the page after you submit your application! - Submit Your Housing Deposit
A $100 non-refundable housing deposit is required to process your application. - Assignments are released in early August.
If you have questions regarding your housing assignment, please contact the Housing Coordinator on your campus.

Assignments are made in the order they come in. - Meal Plan is Required
A meal plan utilizing one of our Dining on Campus options is required for any students in On-Campus Housing. - See Your Options
Iowa Lakes has various housing options depending on which campus you are attending.
