Orientation Checklist

    COMPLETE PLACEMENT TESTING

    Visit the Success Center if you have not taken the Accuplacer, ACT, or SAT.

    PHOTO ID

    Get your photo taken for your Iowa Lakes ID at the campus library or Success Center.

  • 3

    FINANCIAL AID

    Visit with the Financial Aid office if you have any questions about the FAFSA or your offer letter.

  • 4

    CLASS REGISTRATION

    Meet with your academic advisor and register for classes!

  • 5

    TUITION & FEES

    Visit the Iowa Lakes Cashier to pay your tuition and fees, or discuss payment options.

  • 6

    RELEASE OF INFORMATION

    Complete the Iowa Lakes Release of Information Form and return it to the Records & Registration Office.

    IOWA LAKES ALERT

    Sign up for the Iowa Lakes Alert on the My Iowa Lakes portal.

    STUDENT SERVICES

    Visit with any student services of interest (Housing, Success Center, TRIO-SSS).
