UPCOMING EVENTS

2008-2009 School Year Events

Fall:

• Saturday September 27, 2008- Back to School Dance, Iowa Lakes Community College, Emmetsburg campus, 7:00- 9:00 p.m.  This dance is for 7^th and 8^th grade students.
• October, Date TBA, Iowa State University Campus Visit and Football Game, Ames, IA.  This event is for 9-12 grade students.
• Saturday October 18, 2008- Skating for Sixth, Estherville, IA. 1:00-4:00 p.m.  This event is for 6^th graders.
• Monday October 27, 2008- Career Haunted House, Iowa Lakes Community College, Emmetsburg campus, 5:30-7:30 p.m. (including supper).  This event is for 5-8 grade students, their families and is open to the public.
• Thursday November 6, 2008- “Hey You’re Going to College” College Bound Workshop, Iowa Lakes Community College, Emmetsburg campus, 6:00-8:00 p.m. (including supper).  This event is for 10-12 grade students and their parents.
• Saturday November 15, 2008- Sioux Falls Washington Pavilion Science Center and IMAX Theatre, Sioux Falls, SD.  This event is for 6-8 grade students.
• Tuesday December 2, 2008- Parent Workshop, Topic TBA, Iowa Lakes Community College, Emmetsburg campus, 6:30-8:00 p.m.  This event is for parents only, coffee and cookies will be served.
