Dorm living on the Spencer Campus
On-Campus Housing
Apartment style living is available in two four-plex
units. These 900 square foot, two
bedroom units include a living room, furnished kitchen with stove/oven, bathroom and vanity
area. A kitchen table and four
chairs are provided as well as a couch and two chairs in the living area. Each student is provided a bed, dresser, desk and bed table
as well as closet space in each bedroom. Five
students share each unit. Contracts coincide with our college calendar
from 1st day of Fall Term until final day of Spring Term. Summer housing and housing over breaks is available and
is charged on a per-diem basis.
Housing Costs
Room & Board is $4,400 for the 2009/2010 Academic Year for
the 10 meal plan which includes lunch and dinner
Monday-Friday. This does not include the summer term.
How
do you live on campus?
Contact
the Admissions office and request a housing application or
apply online. Return completed applications to the college, and in the
spring you will
be contacted and sent a housing contract. Contracts must be returned with a $100 deposit. All unit and roommate requests will be considered with returning students
receiving first priority.
