Molly Struve is the head men’s and women’s cross country coach for the Iowa Lakes Community College Lakers. As a native of Estherville and an alumna of Iowa Lakes, she is looking forward to continuing to expand the cross country program. As a high school athlete, Struve made four consecutive trips to state in both track and cross country. She earned three state medals and currently holds two school records at Estherville Lincoln Central High School. She returned to the area after graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in December of 2006 with a degree in health education.
Coach Struve began as the head men’s and women’s cross country teams in July of 2007. Over the past three years, the men’s and women’s teams have traveled to both Illinois and South Carolina for the NJCAA national meet.
