Iowa Lakes Community College Head Women’s Basketball Coach Nicole Bullock has announced the signing of two players from St. Louis, Mo., to National Junior College Letters of Intent.
Aliyah Easter and Alyssia Winston will bring their talents to Estherville and become part of a Laker team that has high hopes for the upcoming season.
Easter is a 5’6” guard who averaged five points and five rebounds per game and shot 34 percent from the field for Cardinal Ritter Prep last season.
“Aliyah is a very talented addition to our program,” said Head Women’s Basketball Coach Nicole Bullock. “She comes from an extremely successful high school program and her ability to play both inside and out on the perimeter adds versatility for us on both ends of the floor.”
Winston is a 6’0” center who was an All-Conference Honorable Mention last season at Hazelwood Central High School.
“We are thrilled about Alyssia joining our program,” said Coach Bullock. She brings size, strength and a much needed inside presence. She will be an impact player both offensively and defensively next year.”
