The Laker men fell to Des Moines Area Community College 79-71 to move to 17-5 and 8-2 in conference play. It was the Lakers first loss in 11 games.
Iowa Lakes was led by Josh Schaben with 17 points. Also in double figures for the Lakers was Deondre Parks with 12, Ben Shellim with 11, and Kelly Madison with 10.
Iowa Lakes will travel to Iowa Falls Saturday to play Ellsworth Community College. Tip will be at 3pm.
