Iowa Lakes Community College has designated Friday, February 3, as Fan Appreciation and “Pack the Gym” night as the Laker Wrestling team hosts Ellsworth Community College at 6 pm.
The Lakers are currently ranked 16th in the nation in the latest National Junior College Athletic Association wrestling poll.
Before the dual, the Criminal Justice Club will be holding a chili feed fundraiser from 5 to 7 p.m. The cost is $3.00 which includes: chili, crackers, cookies and milk.
After the meet, fans will enjoy a variety of bars and lemonade and will have the chance to meet current Iowa Lakes wrestlers. Admission to the dual is free for area K-12 students; adult admission is $5.
