In 2006, former female student athletes and coaches established the Lady Laker Scholarship at Iowa Lakes Community College. This $350 scholarship assists a sophomore female student-athlete finance their education. Funds can be used for tuition, books or fees.
The 2012-13 recipient is Sydney Park of Estherville.
