Guy Webber of Estherville established the Guy Webber Trust in 1991. Webber lived an extremely meager lifestyle and designated his estate provide scholarships for graduating seniors of Estherville Lincoln Central High School who will attend Iowa Lakes Community College.
Eligibility requirements include minimum 6 credits enrollment, upper 25 percent of high school graduating class and financial need as determined by FAFSA results.
The 2012-13 recipient is Tyler Shyrock of Estherville.
