Iowa Lakes Community College funds the Adult Learner Scholarship and awards several $500 scholarships in the fall and spring semesters. Requirements include minimum 25 years of age, completed one semester at Iowa Lakes and minimum cumulative 3.25 GPA.
The 2012-13 recipients are Kathleen Spellman of Algona; Stephanie Zahrt, Paul Caswell, and Kristin Funderburg of Spencer, and Kimberly Medina of Lake Park.
