Iowa Lakes Community
College has a general policy of admitting all individuals into
college transfer, career option, technical and vocational programs who
either have a high school diploma or its GED equivalent. If you have not
completed high school, you may be admitted on an individual basis to
some programs. Enrollment in many Iowa Lakes programs is limited.
Applicants are encouraged to apply for admission as soon as possible.
Admission is granted on a
continuous first-come basis as applicants complete the following
process:
-
An application form must
be completed and submitted to the Admissions Office. At that time
you will be notified if there are additional requirements. There is
no application fee required.
-
You will be notified if
an interview is required. An interview with program advisors is
strongly encouraged.
-
A final high school
transcript will be required prior to enrollment. It will not affect
acceptance for admittance.
