In just one year, you can have an exciting career in Photography. The Photography diploma program builds professional photography skills. Students learn to create, set up, compose, light, and produce photographs to professional standards. Students learn through classroom activities and hands-on experience in the Iowa Lakes Community College photography studio. The summer internship allows students to work alongside working professionals in the workplace.
Students are trained for entry-level positions in the fields of commercial, photojournalism and portrait photography.
