Report Your Hours
The RSVP staff is
required by our federal sponsor, the Corporation
for National & Community Service to keep track
of volunteer hours assigned through the RSVP
office.
If you volunteer at
a registered RSVP site, such as a public agency
or non-profit organization, the site should
provide a form for you to sign and document the
hours and dates you worked.
If you work with an
individual rather than at a site (for example,
if you provide medical transportation or
friendly visiting), please email, call in, or
drop off your hours at our office each month.
Click here for contact information for the RSVP
coordinator in your county.
Your signature is
important to RSVP to verify insurance claims,
for various reporting we are required to do, and
for audit purposes.
If you have moved, changed phone numbers, have a
change in emergency contacts, or a change in
interests or health status that would affect
your volunteer assignments, please call us so we
can update our records. |
